This will be a short review.  The 1999 shares many similarities with the 1990 and 1998 La Dominiques reviewed on this web site, with the exception that the wine does not seem as concentrated and the bouquet is weaker.  As such, the wine is not quite as satisfying, and merits a lower score.  It often sells at very steep discounts compared to the better vintages, and as such, represents a nice price to quality ratio,
