For once, I agree with the Wine Advocate on an Australian wine.  Mr. Parker scored this wine at 95-97 points.  As pointed out on many of my other reviews, I find many of his highly rated Aussie Shiraz's to be overly extracted overly alcoholic monsters.  Such is not the case with this gem.

Dark purple color, a lovely bouquet of blackberry, sage and spice.  Not much pepper.  Beautiful fruit on the palate, expansive and expressive, and the wine finishes long with soft tannin.
