This is a very special wine.  It is a blend of 75% Caberent, and 25% Merlot, and hails from the Margaret River region of Australia.  It is a phenomenal wine, with a lush bouquet of violet, lavender, sage, and blackberry.  It has excellent color, and plenty of ripe fruit on the palate.  The wine is less "jammy" than California cabs, but the balance and finish on this wine are superb.

4.5 stars.  If you see this relatively rare wine in the US marketplace, buy it.
