Concha y Toro Don Melchor Cabernet Sauvignon 2002 (Chile)

This wine is really showing much better than it was a year or two ago.  The wine has a fragrant bouquet of violets, sage, pencil shavings and mixed black fruit with a plummy palate, not too sweet.  Firm but unintrusive tannin round out the finnish.
