For those who find German Rieslings too sweet, I highly recommend you steer towards Rieslings from the French Alsace region.  Zind-Humbrecht is a reliable producer, and you probably won't go wrong pulling any of their wines off the shelf.

The 2002 Herrenweg de Turkheim Riesling from Zind-Humbrecht is a nice dry medium bodied Riesling with grapefruit, apple and mineral notes and firm acidity.  The wine will hold up for several years for those who enjoy aged Rieslings.
