This classic Bordeaux blend continues to turn out quality product year after year.  This wine was provided for tasting by Dr. Joe Tuscano from the UC Davis Hematology Dept.  The wine had nice color and a bold bouquet of black currant, camp fire smoke, sage and cedar.  Smooth finish with, as Joe says, soft silky tannin.

Score:  Joe says 4 stars.  I say a smidge lower at 3.75.  Good effort, and highly recomended for those who want a softer Bordeaux style blend with instant drinkability.
