True Rose' Champagnes from France tend to be on the pricey side.  There are a few mediocre bargain-priced ones out there, there are some fairly decent California rose' sparklers, but good rose Champagne from France usually runs upwards of $100.00.  The non-vintage Billecourt-Salmon brut rose' may be the best non-vintage rose champagne out there.  It is selling for $70 at the Wine Connection in Del Mar.  They also sell 375ml half bottles for $35.  I am a big fan of half bottles of champagne, because when I am celebrating with my wife, we usually only want a glass or two of champagne anyways.

The N.V. Billecourt-Salmon brut rose' Champagne has a pinkish-orange hue, a lovely bouquet of cherry and strawberries, and the ultra-tiny bubbles you expect in quality champagne.  The Champagne is of medium body, fairly dry, and has a soft velvety finish.
