My brother-in-law turned me onto this wine when he visited in summer 2005.  I thought it was of sufficient quality to merit Grand Cru status, if they should ever re-do the 1855 classification.  This represents an excellent value.  The 2000 Ormes de Pez had well integrated tannin, sweet oak, and a smoky, truffle laden nose.  Plenty of dark fruit comes through, and the wine finishes long and smooth.  3.75 stars.
